Job summary

Packaging Impressions is seeking an experienced Folder Gluer Operator to join our production team in Morton Grove, IL. This full‑time position runs on the 1st shift, with hours from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and pays $28.00–$32.00 per hour.

You will set up, operate, and monitor folding and gluing machinery, perform adjustments and changeovers, inspect finished cartons, troubleshoot issues, and keep an organized, safe work area while following schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous folder gluer operating experience required.
• Experience with Bobst or Brausse folder gluer machines preferred.
• Ability to read and follow job specifications and production instructions.
• Experience in folding carton, commercial printing, or packaging production preferred.
