The Kanata Group in Missouri is seeking a motivated Screen Printer to join our production team. This role involves operating manual and/or automatic screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed products in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in screen printing, print production, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and production specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain screen printing equipment.
• Prepare screens, inks, and materials according to job specifications.
• Review work orders and ensure products are printed accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor print quality, color, registration, and overall product appearance throughout production runs.
• Troubleshoot minor printing and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Clean and reclaim screens, maintain equipment, and perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Mix inks and match colors as required.
• Inspect completed products to ensure they meet customer and company quality standards.
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with other production, finishing, and shipping tasks as needed.
