The Screen Printer Loader is responsible for setting up screen printing equipment and loading garments for production to ensure accurate alignment and high-quality prints. The Screen Printer Loader must have experience in screen printing or related fields, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Set up and calibrate screen printing equipment for production runs.
• Load garments onto the press, ensuring precise alignment and positioning.
• Conduct quality checks on garments before printing to maintain company standards.
• Collaborate with the screen print team to optimize workflow efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area surrounding the press.
• Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of screen-printing equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

Requirements

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Previous experience in screen printing or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.

Education And/Or Experience Computer Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read labels and numbers accurately.
• Comfortable standing for long periods during work shifts.
