• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with production, sales, and design teams.
• Previous experience in screen printing or apparel decoration is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is recommended.

Responsibilities

Role Description

The Screen Printer is a full-time, on-site role based in Connellys Springs, NC. This role is responsible for preparing screens, mixing inks, setting up presses, and printing high-quality designs on garments and other products according to job specifications. Day-to-day tasks include reading work orders, loading and unloading garments, monitoring print quality throughout runs, and performing routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas. The Screen Printer will work closely with the production and design teams to ensure accurate colors, placement, and finishes, while meeting daily production goals and deadlines. The role also involves inspecting finished products for quality, troubleshooting printing issues, and following safety and quality control procedures.
