Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience operating an automatic screen printing press.
• Strong understanding of print process mechanics (registration, curing, flash).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain automatic screen printing presses : M&R Automatic Presses or Similar Models.
• Read and interpret work orders and job tickets for print specs (placement, colors, garment type, etc.).
• Perform test prints and make adjustments for alignment, pressure, and registration.
• Load and unload garments efficiently to keep pace with production timelines.
• Inspect prints during production runs to ensure consistency and quality.
• Troubleshoot and correct printing issues, misregistration, or ink inconsistencies.
• Communicate with production managers and other team members to stay on schedule.
• Clean and maintain equipment and workstations according to shop protocols.
• Assist with reclaiming screens, mixing inks, and other production-related duties as needed.

Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Automatic Screen Press Operator to join our production team and help us deliver top-tier screen printed apparel. As an operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining automatic screen printing presses to ensure every job meets our high standards for quality, consistency, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain automatic screen printing presses : M&R Automatic Presses or Similar Models
• Read and interpret work orders and job tickets for print specs (placement, colors, garment type, etc.)
• Perform test prints and make adjustments for alignment, pressure, and registration
• Load and unload garments efficiently to keep pace with production timelines
• Inspect prints during production runs to ensure consistency and quality
• Troubleshoot and correct printing issues, misregistration, or ink inconsistencies
