Job summary

Sky High Marketing Inc. in Boise, ID is seeking a Screen Print Assistant to produce high-quality printed designs on garments using manual and automatic presses. The role requires strong attention to detail and knowledge of screen-printing processes to meet daily production deadlines.

You will prepare screens, mix inks, load garments, inspect results, and maintain equipment in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly pay of $18.00–$20.00 DOE, full-time schedule, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with screen printing is preferred, both manual and automatic.
• Familiarity with inks, mesh counts, squeegees, and print techniques.
• Attention to detail and color accuracy required.
• Ability to follow work orders and production instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain manual and/or automatic screen-printing presses.
• Prepare screens, including coating, exposing, washing out, and reclaiming.
• Mix inks and match colors according to job specifications.
• Load and align garments or materials for accurate printing.
• Inspect printed items for quality, consistency, and defects.
• Troubleshoot print issues such as registration, ink coverage, or screen defects.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals.
• Adhere to workplace safety procedures and quality standards.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding job status or issues.
