Job summary

Sky High Marketing is seeking a Screen Print Assistant in Wisconsin to produce high-quality prints on garments and substrates. You will set up and operate presses, mix colors, and inspect finished items, ensuring accuracy and adherence to schedules.

The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of printing processes, and the ability to meet daily production goals. Ideal candidates have prior screen-printing experience (manual or automatic) and are comfortable standing for long periods,

Qualifications

• Previous screen-printing experience preferred (manual and/or automatic).
• Knowledge of inks, mesh counts, squeegees, and print techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Ability to follow work orders and production instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight (e.g., 30–50 lbs).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• May involve repetitive motions and extended standing.

• Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized
