Job summary

Crazy Shirts in Denver, CO is seeking a Screen Tech Specialist to support production by preparing screens for art transfer, verifying art positives, and ensuring precise image registration on apparel.

You will manage screens and materials, train team members, maintain data in systems, and help minimize delays caused by damaged screens while following safety guidelines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable communicating verbally and in writing with superiors, peers and subordinates.
• Coach, train, mentor screen team members as directed by Production Manager and Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the completion of all screen work according to the schedule.
• Art receiving and verification of art positives.
• Preparation of all screens for art transferring and image burn in as designed.
• Precise image registration on any respective apparel as designed.
• All cataloging and labeling of screens as a component of bill of materials.
• All data maintenance in systems as directed.
• Reclamation of all screens and preparing and reconditioning for new image transferring.
• Insuring avoidance or minimal delays in production due to damaged screens.
• Management of all supplies and work in process equipment and materials.
• Support Production Manager and Supervisor as needed.
