Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial printing experience.

• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to read and interpret documents.

Responsibilities

• Direct labor and workflow, set daily goals for operators.
• Ensure quality and production standards, develop procedures.
• Ensure orders produced profitably and on time.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with Purchasing.
• Train team on equipment and retrain when processes change.
• Provide performance reviews and handle timecards.
• Improve efficiencies and reduce waste.
