Angel Biscuit Co. by day and Emily Pizza by night in West Ashley is seeking Prep Cooks / Bakers to join a two‑concept kitchen. You’ll work from scratch on breakfast biscuits, bagels, and dough for pizza, with a focus on consistency, quality, and precise measuring per recipes.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant prep, baking, pastry, bread, pizza, or scratch‑kitchen.
• Ability to work with dough and follow recipes for biscuits and pizza dough.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and recipes from scratch for breakfast and pizza menus.
• Mix, portion, shape, proof, and bake biscuits with consistency and quality.
• Prepare and store pizza dough according to recipe and standards.
• Follow baking and dough procedures including weighing and timing.
• Complete daily prep lists and keep the kitchen stocked for service.
• Prepare sauces, proteins, produce, toppings per recipe and standards.
• Safely use mixers, ovens, scales, processors, and knives.
• Label, date, rotate, store ingredients, minimize waste.
• Keep prep areas clean and organized; follow food safety procedures.
• Communicate with kitchen team and support other back‑of‑house areas.
