Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience on a fast-paced line.
• Accountable for all aspects of assigned cooking stations to include set up, stock product, cook and present dishes according to Lazy Dogs recipes.
• Basic English/Spanish communication skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock assigned stations, cook and present dishes per Lazy Dog recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and equipment.
• Follow food safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Monitor and adhere to portion control and plating standards.
• Communicate any product or equipment issues to chefs immediately.
