Lazy Dog Restaurants, LLC is seeking Full-Service Line Cooks to join our scratch kitchen team. We offer a competitive hourly wage and opportunities to grow with a caring company.

We look for 2–5 years of line cook experience, the ability to set up, stock, cook and present dishes to Lazy Dog standards, and a commitment to fresh ingredients and safe kitchen practices. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years' experience on a fast-paced line
• Accountable for all aspects of assigned cooking stations to include set up, stock product, cook and present dishes according to Lazy Dogs recipes
• Ensure only fresh high-quality ingredients are used when preparing all recipes and proper recipe adherence is followed

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety procedures, clean, sanitize and maintain equipment, utensils, and tools
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Alert chef team immediately of any product, equipment and/or food safety concerns
