Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience on a fast-paced line, working all stations.
• Accountable for set up, stock, cook and present dishes according to Lazy Dog's recipes.
• Ensure only fresh high-quality ingredients are used when preparing all recipes.
• Ensure proper recipe adherence is followed during production.
• Follow food safety procedures, clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and tools.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of cooking equipment and station maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• English language skills required; Spanish a plus.
