Lazy Dog Restaurants is hiring Full-Service Line Cooks for our Northbrook, IL location. The role requires 2–5 years of fast-paced kitchen line experience, handling multiple stations, and ensuring dishes meet Lazy Dog standards.

You will prepare, plate, and present dishes using fresh ingredients, follow recipes, and maintain a clean, safe workstation while working as part of a supportive team. English/Spanish communication is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience on a fast-paced line, working all stations.
• Basic English/Spanish communication is a plus.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Follow food safety procedures and PPE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Cook on a fast-paced line and execute recipes per Lazy Dog standards.
• Setup, stock, cook and present dishes from assigned stations.
• Use only fresh, high-quality ingredients for all recipes.
• Adhere to recipes and monitor monitors during preparation and cooking.
