Responsibilities

• Read recipes and use math to assemble ingredients for scratch preparations.
• Bake all baked products and prepare frostings and custards.
• Communicate professionally with customers, staff and vendors.
• Create and maintain store records.
• General cleaning and maintenance tasks.
