Department: Field Operations

Supervisor: General Superintendent

Essential Job Functions:

1. Operate a Scraper Tractor and Pans on various job sites to move material.
2. May be required to operate other machinery as needed.
3. Ensure all work is completed according to required standards and plans.
4. Willing to work on the ground to complete tasks as needed.
5. Complete daily equipment inspections and report any issues immediately.
6. Maintain a high level of quality work at all times.
7. Maintain good relationships with Technicians, Foreman, Superintendents, Inspectors, Developers, and other co-workers at all times.
8. Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work tasks.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
10. Represent and promote Grayson Carter and Son in a professional and honest manner.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Ability to communicate and convey information effectively.
2. Must be physically able to stand, walk, sit, crouch, kneel, climb, and periodically lift 75 pounds.
3. Knowledge of OSHA Standards.
4. Ability to obtain Arsenal Badge preferred, but not required.
5. Ability to obtain FBI Badge preferred, but not required.
6. Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on all job sites as required.
7. Work weekends and overtime as needed.
8. Committed to attending work each day.
9. Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
