Responsibilities

• Operate scrapers safely and efficiently on large-scale heavy civil and highway projects.
• Cut, load, haul, spread, and finish material to grade and specs.
• Work closely with foremen, grade checkers, and other operators to keep production moving.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and communicate maintenance needs.
• Follow site safety standards and help maintain a clean, organized work area.
