Job Details:

Responsibilities include:

• Following safety procedures and participating in safety meetings
• Weighing and purchasing inbound scrap, handling customer transactions, and completing documentation
• Ensuring legal compliance in purchasing materials

• Maintaining good customer relations and inspecting materials
• Managing yard traffic and assisting with other duties as needed

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills
• At least 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in scrap metal or construction industries
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn company systems
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Bilingual skills preferred; candidates within 50 miles are preferred
