Owens & Minor in Richmond, VA seeks a Solution Architect for SCP IT to lead and support Supply Chain Planning platforms, focusing on SAP IBP, Snowflake, SCP AI in Snowflake, and SAP CIDS. You will collaborate with global teams to ensure data quality, reliability, and scalable architecture.

You will design integrations, provide production support, and translate business needs into technical solutions while maintaining runbooks and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP IBP and Snowflake data warehousing.
• Strong data modeling and system integration experience.
• Familiarity with Agile and ITIL delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as onsite SME for SAP IBP, Snowflake, SCP AI in Snowflake, and SAP CIDS.
• Provide advanced production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for planning, forecasting, and inventory processes.
• Design, support, and optimize integration between SAP IBP, Snowflake, SAP CIDS, and related systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Serve as primary onsite IT liaison, coordinating work between business and offshore teams.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including data models and runbooks.
• Review performance and propose enhancements for scalability and data quality.
