Job summary

Welocalize seeks a Junior Quality Coordinator for our Search Quality Rater program. The role is remote, based in Mexico, and part-time at 20 hours per week, starting ASAP. You will work in Spanish (Mexico) and English (US) to monitor quality, analyze data, and support raters under guidance from Quality Coordinators.

Candidates must be based in Mexico, be web-savvy, and have strong online research skills. This freelance position offers long-term collaboration with diverse, multicultural inputs.

Qualifications

• Fully proficient in Spanish (Mexico).
• Strong understanding of English.
• Must be located in Mexico.
• Strong understanding of popular culture in Spanish (Mexico).
• Dedicated solely to the Search Quality rating program; not to Ads quality rating.
• Must not have current or previous experience with Ads quality rating.
• Must be the only person in the household working as a Search Quality Rater.
• Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent online research skills.
• Reliable computer system and internet connection.
• Reliable antivirus software.
• Ability to follow instructions in English and comply with project conventions.
• Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality.
• Must pass learning modules and a required quality test designed by our client before starting work.

Responsibilities

• Be the junior coordinator of our Search Quality Rater project.
• Complete tasks in Spanish (Mexico) and English (US).
• Analyze quality performance data and produce reports with support from Quality Coordinators.
• Provide ad-hoc support to raters and educate them on best practices and client expectations.
• Flag raters that show behavioral concerns.
• Analyze RCAs and request clarifications as needed.
• Participate in creation/review of training materials (best practices, newsletters, webinars).
• Keep track of data and analyze it.
• Attend meetings with stakeholders and monitor raters’ queries.
• Perform other program-specific tasks to achieve OKRs.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Welocalize is looking for an Spanish (Mexico) speaker in Mexico to help support our client's project as Junior Quality Coordinator .

MAIN DUTIES

You will be the junior coordinator of our Search Quality Rater project.

You will complete tasks both in Spanish (Mexico) and English (US) .

The following is a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities and areas of ownership of the Junior Quality Coordinator:

Performance Analysis

• May analyze data on quality performance, produce statistical quality reports, monitor progress, and create related documentation - with support from Quality Coordinators.
• Completes Internal Assessments.
• Provides feedback on blind test ranges and queries coming from the team.
• May provide ad-hoc support to raters and educate them on best practices and client's expectations.
• Flags raters that show any behavioral concerns.
• May analyze RCAs provided by resources and request clarifications, as necessary.

Training and support

• May participate in the creation/review of new training material, including best practices, newsletters, webinars, and others.

Analytics, Reporting, Knowledge, and Asset Management

• May keep track of data and analyze the data.

Communication

• May attend meetings with different stakeholders as applicable - with support of Quality Coordinators.
• Monitors raters’ queries.

Other

• May perform other program-specific tasks needed to achieve OKRs.
