MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Welocalize is looking for a Portuguese (Brazil) speaker in Brazil to support our client's project as a Junior Quality Coordinator.

MAIN DUTIES

You will serve as the junior coordinator for our Search Quality Rater project.

You will complete tasks in both Portuguese (Brazil) and English (US).

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performance Analysis: Analyzing quality data, producing statistical reports, monitoring progress, and creating documentation with support from senior coordinators.
• Completing internal assessments and providing feedback on blind tests and team queries.
• Supporting raters through education on best practices and client expectations.
• Flagging behavioral concerns among raters.
• Analyzing root cause analyses (RCAs) and requesting clarifications as needed.

Training and Support

Participating in the creation and review of training materials, including best practices, newsletters, and webinars.

Analytics, Reporting, and Asset Management

Tracking and analyzing relevant data.

Communication

Attending stakeholder meetings and monitoring rater queries.

Other Tasks

Performing additional program-specific tasks to meet objectives.

Project Details

Location: Remote, based in Brazil

Hours: Part-time (20 hours/week) or Full-time (40 hours/week)

Start date: ASAP

Required Skills:
