Blo Blow Dry Bar in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a dynamic Sales + Service Associate who loves beauty and thrives on achieving goals. You’ll have monthly sales targets and can boost earnings through commissions on retail product sales, memberships, and performance bonuses.

A current Arizona cosmetology license is required, and weekend availability is essential. Join a fast-paced, team-driven salon culture that values ongoing education and career growth, with paid training and advancement

This Is a Sales + Service Role

This position is perfect for someone who loves beauty and enjoys working toward goals.

You will have monthly sales goals and the opportunity to increase your paycheck through commission incentives, including:

• Commission on retail product sales


• Commission on membership sales

You Must Have:

• A current Arizona cosmetology license


• Weekend availability (Saturday required; Friday and Sunday preferred)


• Flexibility to work peak hours (typically Thursday–Saturday)


• A passion for the beauty industry and providing excellent guest experiences


• Salon experience is a plus, but not required

Job Responsibilities:
