Blo Blow Dry Bar in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking energetic sales + service professionals to deliver high-quality blowouts and guest experiences. You’ll work with a dynamic team, hit monthly sales goals, and participate in paid training to master Blo’s signature styling and guest service standards.

This role requires weekend availability, a current Arizona cosmetology license, and a passion for beauty. You\'ll earn commissions on retail and memberships, with bonuses for performance, while enjoying a

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Arizona cosmetology license.
• Weekend availability (Saturday required; Friday/Sunday preferred).
• Flexibility to work peak hours (Thu–Sat).
• Passion for the beauty industry and guest experience.
• Salon experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional blowout and styling services following Blo standards.
• Recommend and sell retail products matching guest needs.
• Promote Blo memberships to build guest loyalty.
• Work toward monthly goals to increase earning potential.
• Maintain a clean, professional, upbeat workspace.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development.
• Opportunity to cross-train in services such as makeup.
• Potential for growth into Senior Stylist or Management roles.

This Is a Sales + Service Role

This position is perfect for someone who loves beauty and enjoys working toward goals.

You will have monthly sales goals and the opportunity to increase your paycheck through commission incentives, including:
