A leading company in venue management seeks a Hockey Program Assistant in Maryland Heights. This role includes scorekeeping, customer interaction, and assisting the ice resurfacing team. The position reports directly to the Hockey Program Manager. Responsibilities include scorekeeping during hockey league games, operating the scoreboard, tracking goals, shots, and penalties on paper or online scoresheets, and using a supplied tablet to play music during stoppages and between games. The role also involves assisting the ice resurfacing team by moving nets after each game. Arena attendants will monitor and assist customers, ensure a safe skating environment, issue skates, and advise on proper fit/size. This position requires interaction with parents, players, guests, coaches, referees, hockey directors, and team captains, with a focus on delivering a world-class hockey and skating experience.
This role pays an hourly wage of $15-17.
