• Greet every guest warmly with enthusiasm and hospitality.
• Scoop and serve all menu items while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
• Educate guests on flavors, ingredients and special offerings as a Van Leeuwen ambassador.
• Prepare fresh, house-made menu items daily.
• Operate Square POS System for seamless checkout.
• Follow food safety procedures and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform daily stocking, inventory, and cleaning tasks.
• Adhere to safety, grooming, uniform, and conduct standards.
