Salt & Straw in Oakland is seeking friendly Scoopers to create memorable guest experiences. You will scoop ice cream, prepare cones, share flavor stories, and help guests discover their next favorite treat. You’ll greet guests, run the register, and support daily shop operations with a collaborative team.

Qualifications include being 16+ years old with strong communication and a hospitality mindset. Evening and weekend availability is preferred, and prior food service experience is a plus.

Formación

• Must be 16+ years old and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and friendly guest interaction.
• Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Scoop ice cream and prepare waffle cones while greeting guests.
• Share flavor stories, offer samples, and help guests choose scoops.
• Operate the register and assist with daily shop operations.
• Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with teammates to keep the shop welcoming and efficient.
