Your work supports Flora Food Group's future as a leader in responsible, high-quality food production.
You bring hands-on experience in food manufacturing and have led large hourly teams through demanding shifts with calm authority. You are humble, eager to learn, and empathetic, building trust with your team and communicating clearly with leadership. You know that great food is made by people on the floor, and you are dedicated to removing every obstacle that stands in their way.
You are genuinely interested in food culture and curious about how consumer behaviour and future food trends shape innovation. You understand that strong brands are built by anticipating what's next in taste, nutrition and functionality, and by translating insight into meaningful consumer experiences.
This role typically leads to senior supervisory or operations management positions within manufacturing. Over time, you can grow into broader leadership roles that influence multiple shifts or plants, expanding your impact on Flora Food Group's operational excellence and food quality.
