Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. (HQCA) is seeking a Manager, SCM Process Innovation to drive end-to-end SAP SCM process transformation and ERP integration. The role bridges US business stakeholders with HQ Korea SAP teams and global IT partners to deliver standardized, compliant solutions.

You will lead As-Is/To-Be design for O2C, P2P, Inventory, Logistics, and Finance interfaces, ensuring SOX/ITGC compliance and data governance while aligning with global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of SAP/ERP experience with strong SCM or process transformation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA/ECC and core SCM areas (SD/MM/LE).
• Understanding of end-to-end O2C and P2P processes and integration with Finance/R2R.
• Experience leading ERP implementations and cross-functional projects.
• Experience with global/offshore SAP teams; Korea-based experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP integration, master data, interfaces, and ITGCs.
• Fluency in Korean and English for business/technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze SCM processes and lead As-Is / To-Be design for efficiency and standardization.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and continuous improvement across O2C, P2P, Inventory, Logistics, and Finance integration.
• Serve as functional SME in SAP SCM areas and translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, enhancements, and integration while balancing global standards with local needs.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, design, UAT, testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization with stakeholders.
