Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Familiar with DOE Orders and LANL Safeguards experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of SCIF operations, SAPs and high-security activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily SCIF/SAP security operations including information security and access control.
• Interpret and apply DOE‑IN, NNSA, and LANL safeguards policies to resolve issues.
• Provide resolutions to security problems requiring data analysis and evaluation.
• Plan and implement schedules to meet objectives and corrective actions.
• On‑call 24/7 with a one‑hour worksite response and occasional travel.
• Coordinate acquisition or replacement of security equipment to increase efficiency.
