Job summary

Washington Headquarters Services seeks a Maintenance Mechanic to perform complex facility alteration, renovation, maintenance, and construction work in secure environments, including SCIFs. You will install, modify, repair, and maintain secure facility infrastructure per drawings and technical specs.

You will identify deficiencies, document conditions, support inspections, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, security personnel, and other technical reps during secure construction

Qualifications

• Experience in facility alteration, renovation, maintenance, and construction.
• Evidence of training or experience must be supported by detailed resume descriptions.
• Includes work in secure environments and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex facility alteration, renovation, maintenance, and construction work in secure environments.
• Install, modify, repair, and maintain secure facility infrastructure per drawings and technical specifications.
• Identify construction deficiencies, document conditions, support inspections, and maintain compliance for SCIF environments.
• Coordinate work activities with project managers, engineers, security personnel, and other technical representatives during secure construction operations.
