The Opportunity:

The Deputy Program Manager for the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) operation will play a critical role in supporting the management and execution of classified programs. This position requires a dynamic leader who can ensure compliance with security protocols, oversee operational efficiency, and foster collaboration among diverse teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management, security operations, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges associated with SCIF environments.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist Program Manager in planning, execution, and oversight of SCIF operations, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations and standards.
  2. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and internal teams, to facilitate seamless operations within the SCIF.
  3. Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  4. Support the development and maintenance of security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive information.
  5. Lead training initiatives to ensure all personnel are knowledgeable about SCIF protocols and security measures.
  6. Act as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Program Manager, representing the SCIF operation in meetings and briefings.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience and a minimum of 7 years related work experience.
  • Proven experience in program management, particularly in a SCIF or classified environment.
  • Strong understanding of security regulations and compliance requirements related to SCIF operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Desired:

  • PMP certification or willingness to attain it.
