Description:
Scientist 2, Analytical Development, Advanced Therapies, Functional Potency Method Development The Advanced Therapies, Functional Potency Method Development group is seeking an energetic, highly motivated scientist to support CAR-T cell therapies. The contactor will serve as a specialist in binding assay method development and assay validation.
Primary responsibilities:
• Plan and execute ELISA, AlphaLISA, luciferase reporter, and other plate-based assays • Test samples across all CAR-T cell therapy programs
• Maintain healthy cultures of immortalized cell lines according to requirements
• Help keep a large inventory of reagent stocks maintained and well organized • Maintain good electronic lab notebook (ELN) practices to ensure proper data documentation
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The candidate is expected to work effectively in a team environment and well as contributing individually to meet project objectives and timelines.
• Other duties to be assigned as necessary.
