Job summary

Aspect Biosystems in Fremont, CA is seeking an enthusiastic Scientist for its Quality Control & Analytical Development team. You will lead development of complex bioanalytical methods and perform cell-based assays to support bioprinted tissue therapeutics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline with 3+ years of analytical development experience.
Hands-on experience with cell-based assays, flow cytometry, ELISA, and related analytical techniques.
Familiar with GLP/GMP and regulatory expectations for biologics or advanced therapies.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development and optimization of complex bioanalytical methods (ddPCR, qPCR, flow cytometry).
Perform cell-based assays and ELISAs ensuring precision, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
Design experiments for product characterization, comparability, and process understanding.
Contribute to method qualification/validation and issue troubleshooting with corrective actions.
Record, analyze, and present data; author technical reports and SOPs in accordance with GxP.
