Yoh Services LLC in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Scientist, Process Sciences to develop, characterize, and scale up oligonucleotide manufacturing processes. • 3 years of oligonucleotide therapeutics process R&D experience preferred.
• Experience designing and developing practical manufacturing processes for small molecules and oligonucleotides.
• Hands-on experience in process development and analytical methods for process and product characterization.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to process development, optimization, and scale up of oligonucleotide manufacturing processes.
• Support process and product characterization of small molecules and oligonucleotide APIs.
• Contribute to management and optimization of in-house and contract manufacturing processes.
• Author and review technical protocols and development reports in support of manufacturing and process characterization activities.
• Author, edit, and review manufacturing documentation according to regulatory and procedural guidelines.
• Work closely with Analytical Development, Manufacturing, QA, QC, and CMO/CRO partners on process transfer and process optimization.
• Contribute to strategic technical discussions and present progress at internal and external scientific meetings.

Overview

The Scientist, Process Sciences will be responsible for the development, characterization, and scale up of oligonucleotide manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will work in the laboratory and closely with cross functional teams and manufacturing organizations on process development, process transfer, and oversight of oligonucleotide drug candidate manufacturing.

This position is onsite.

• Support process and product characterization of small molecules and oligonucleotide APIs.

Estimated Min Rate: $38.50

Estimated Max Rate: $55.00
