  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and perform work in accordance with established quality procedures
Qualifications

Candidates should possess either:

  • A PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Stem Cell Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Bioengineering, or a related field; or
  • An MS degree with significant equivalent industry or research experience
Required Experience
  • Extensive hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture
  • Experience isolating and culturing primary cells from human and/or animal tissues
  • Strong understanding of cellular and molecular biology principles
  • Experience independently designing, executing, and troubleshooting experiments
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and scientific communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced research environment
Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:

  • Stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs)
  • 3D cell culture, spheroids, and organoids
  • Extracellular vesicles (EVs) and exosomes
  • Flow cytometry and cell sorting
  • Immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescence
