Job summary

The Richmond Group USA recruits a Scientist/Senior Scientist, Bioanalytical (LBA) to serve as internal SME for Ligand Binding Assay within a GLP-regulated environment. The role focuses on expanding bioanalytical capabilities and driving high-quality assay development in a profitable, growth-minded organization.

Qualified candidates will have BS/MS with 5+ years in ELISA, MSD, Gyrolab, PK, ADA, NAb, and/or biomarker assay development and validation, plus proven ability to design and validate GLP

Qualifications

• BS/MS with 5+ years of industry experience in ELISA, MSD, Gyrolab, PK, ADA, NAb, and/or biomarker assay development and validation.
• Proven ability to independently develop GLP assays from scratch, including experimental design, optimization, troubleshooting, validation, sample analysis, and application of ICH M10, FDA bioanalytical guidance, and GLP requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead scientific projects, and effectively communicate technical results.
