Job summary

Immunome, Inc. is seeking a Scientist II / Senior Scientist in ADME to design and execute nonclinical PK/PKPD/ADME strategies for oncology candidates from discovery through development.

You'll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data informing decisions and regulatory submissions. You will work on multiple modalities, with emphasis on ADC programs, reporting to the Executive Director, Head of ADME.

Qualifications

  • PhD in a relevant discipline with 0–3 years industry experience in ADCPKPD and ADME, or MS with 5+ years relevant industry experience.
  • Experience with ADCs required; additional experience with small molecules, monoclonal antibodies, or other modalities preferred.
  • Hands-on expertise in PKPD modeling, PK/TK analysis, and study design.
  • Knowledge of both non-regulated and regulated bioanalysis.

Responsibilities

  • Perform modeling and simulation, analyze PKPD and PK/TK data, and provide clear interpretation to inform program decisions.
  • Design and execute stage-appropriate PKPD and ADME studies to support candidate selection, clinical development, and regulatory submissions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of ADME considerations into program strategy and timelines.
  • Participate in Translational Sciences and Development team activities, contributing scientific expertise in ADME.
  • Represent the ADME function at internal and external meetings, communicating timelines, data, and implications effectively.
  • Maintain awareness of evolving best practices and regulatory expectations in ADME sciences.

Immunome is a clinical-stage targeted oncology company committed to developing first-in-class and best-in-class targeted cancer therapies. We are advancing an innovative portfolio of therapeutics, supported by a leadership team with deep experience in the design, development, and commercialization of cutting-edge therapies, including antibody-drug conjugates. Our pipeline includes varegacestat, an investigational gamma secretase inhibitor for which an NDA has been accepted by the U.S. FDA; IM-1021, a clinical-stage ROR1 ADC; IM-1617, a clinical-stage solid tumor ADC; and IM-3050, a clinical-stage FAP-targeted radioligand therapy. We are also advancing a broad portfolio of early-stage ADCs pursuing undisclosed solid tumor targets.

Position Overview

The Scientist II / Senior Scientist , ADME will contribute to the design and execution of nonclinical pharmacokinetics/ PKPD/ ADME strategies to support oncology drug candidates from discovery through development. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data that informs decision-making and regulatory submissions. Reporting to the Executive Director, Head of ADME, the Scientist II will work on multiple modalities, with a strong emphasis on ADC programs.

Washington State Pay Range

$149,930 - $203,961 USD
