We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and results-oriented Scientist II/III to join the Discovery Sciences group within Immunology & Respiratory Research in Ridgefield, CT. The successful candidate will contribute to the discovery and characterization of novel therapeutic approaches by developing and applying immunology-focused in vitro assays to support target validation, mechanism-of-action studies, and translational research. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in cellular immunology, understanding of pharmacology and drug discovery principles, scientific curiosity, and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary research teams.

The base salary range for Scientist II is $74,800.00 to $112,200.00. The base salary range for Scientist III is $87,000.00 to $130,600.00. The position may be eligible for a role specific discretionary bonus, relocation, and/or other compensation elements. We continuously review market data and may adjust salary ranges as needed in the future. Actual compensation will be based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, and other factors permitted by law.
