Seeking an applicant with a demonstrated knowledge of coating formulating across multiple chemistries, with a focus on reactive, one component systems and butyl technologies, and would be responsible for all efforts regarding new developmental projects and operational and supply chain support regarding them. The incumbent in the role will advance projects effectively once given guidance from senior leadership and communicate project updates to assist in tactical decision making regarding the area of their expertise. They will demonstrate competency regarding adaptability, resourcefulness, collaboration, and accountability to drive projects to completion when working individually or within a group dynamic.

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer science or related
2+ Years' experience including internshipsReactive Chemistries (1 and 2K polyurethanes, hybrids, and silicones)Formulation and new product development experience Knowledge of adhesive and sealants market Technical services and applications testing preferred
Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.
