The Scientist II has demonstrated knowledge of coating formulating across multiple chemistries, with a focus on reactive, one component systems and butyl technologies, and would be responsible for all efforts regarding new developmental projects and operational and supply chain support regarding them. The incumbent in the role will advance projects effectively once given guidance from senior leadership and communicate project updates to assist in tactical decision making regarding the area of their expertise. They will demonstrate competency regarding adaptability, resourcefulness, collaboration, and accountability to drive projects to completion when working individually or within a group dynamic.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $68,500 and $85,000 negotiable plus incentive compensation. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
