Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a contract-analytical chemist for a 12-month assignment in North Chicago, IL. The role focuses on generating and analyzing precise data under supervision, with emphasis on HPLC, KF, and wet chemistry within cGMP frameworks.

Qualifications

• Generate and analyze precise, reliable, and reproducible data in a timely manner, under the direction of a more senior scientific leader.
• Demonstrate experimental precision and should possess general understanding of analytical chemistry.
• Completely follow established experimental protocols and assess results with supervision.
• Recognize and report experimental variances.
• Learn and effectively implement new experimental protocols and/or techniques.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and optimize laboratory operations for efficient use of time and laboratory supplies and reagents, when appropriate.
• Understand and adhere to corporate standards regarding code of conduct, safety, appropriate handling of compounds and GxP compliance.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of HPLC, KF and wet chemistry to carry out job functions.
• Understanding of cGMP and current regulatory requirements.
