Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks a senior formulation scientist to develop and optimize OTC topical products, including creams, lotions, sprays and patches. The role integrates consumer insights with hands-on lab work and DOE to drive innovative product pipelines.

You will lead multiple formulation projects from concept to commercialization, ensure safety, stability, and regulatory compliance, and communicate results to cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field plus 5+ years of experience, or a Master's with 3+ years, or a PhD with relevant industry experience.
• Experience developing topical formulations for pharmaceutical or OTC products.
• Hands-on experience with creams, lotions, sprays, liquids, and other topical dosage forms.
• Familiarity with OTC monographs, formulation tools, and analytical testing methods.

Qualifications
