Bayside Solutions is seeking a highly motivated formulation scientist to support clinical programs in Newark, CA. The ideal candidate will excel in developing early-stage clinical formulations, with a focus on solid oral dosage forms and have significant experience in both peptide and small molecule formulation.
This role demands duties such as conducting formulation development, overseeing GMP manufacturing, and collaborating cross-functionally within teams. A BS in Chemistry or related field and over 8 years of experience are required.

Pay Rate: $55 - $65 per hour
Location: Newark, CA - Onsite Role
We are seeking a highly motivated formulation scientist to support our clinical programs. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and developing early‑stage clinical formulations and process development across multiple delivery routes, particularly oral and parenteral. Peptide experience is preferred, though relevant biologics or small‑molecule formulation experience will also be considered. This role requires independent laboratory work, cross‑functional collaboration, and knowledge of preclinical and clinical formulation preparation.
