This role involves developing early-stage clinical formulations, conducting pre-formulation studies, and ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements. Candidates should have a relevant degree, extensive experience in formulation development, and strong analytical skills. This position is a W2 contract, offering a pay rate of $55 - $65 per hour.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of formulation experience with a BS, or 5-8 years with an MS.
• Strong knowledge of formulation development and process selection.
• Experience in both early and late-stage clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Develop solid oral dosage forms for clinical trials.
• Conduct pre-formulation and process development.
• Oversee GMP drug manufacturing for regulatory compliance.

Skills

Hands-on experience in solid oral dosage form formulation

Analytical techniques (HPLC/MS, UV, DSC, TGA, XRPD, FTIR, DLS)

Knowledge of gastrointestinal site-specific drug delivery

Organizational and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication skills

Education
