Leader in Pharmaceutical Talent Acquisition

Our client is seeking a Principal Scientist I/II/III in Analytical Development.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead analytical method development, transfer, and troubleshooting for cell and gene therapy products, ensuring quality and stability.
2. Collaborate with Quality Control and Process Development to optimize analytical strategies, improve efficiency, and enhance product performance.
3. Define methodologies for cellular and viral characterization, author regulatory documentation, and support investigations.
4. Maintain transparent communication and effectively communicate challenges within the team.

Requirements:

1. Education: B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Cell and Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
2. Experience: At least 2 years in the cell and gene therapy industry. Proficiency in analytical techniques such as flow cytometry, ELISA, qPCR, as well as cell culture and viral vector methodologies. Knowledge of QbD, DOE, regulatory concepts, and GMP is preferred.
