Job summary

RBW Consulting is seeking a Scientist or Senior Scientist contractor for immunology and flow cytometry. This highly hands-on role focuses on cellular assays, primary cell culture, and cytokine profiling to support RNA therapeutics development.

You will perform flow cytometry, ex vivo tissue processing, and maintain cell cultures while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in immunology, cell biology, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on flow cytometry experience.
• Experience with primary cell culture and cell-based assays.
• Familiarity with ELISA, ELISpot, Luminex, MSD, or related cytokine assays.
• Experience with transfection, electroporation, or immune cell assays is highly desirable.

We’re seeking a Scientist or Senior Scientist contractor to support the development of next-generation RNA therapeutics. This is a highly hands-on laboratory role focused on cellular assay execution, flow cytometry, primary cell culture, and immunology-based research.
