Qualifications

• Master of Science degree with 6+ years of relevant industry experience, or a Ph.D. with 2+ years in physics, chemistry, electrical engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years hands-on experience developing mass spectrometry‑based solutions or working with analytical instruments (e.g., gas analyzers, plasma diagnostics).
• Strong familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes (Etch, CVD, ALD).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record in pre‑sales demonstrations and customer relationship management.
• Experience with control hardware (PLC) and scripting tools such as Python or LabVIEW is desirable.
• Willingness to undertake up to 30% domestic and international travel.
