Spire Communications is seeking a senior Website Publisher in a hybrid role based in Alexandria, VA. The ideal candidate will bring extensive Drupal and content management experience to support NSF.gov and the NSF Employee Portal.
You will manage content intake, editing, and publishing while coordinating across NSF’s CMS and workflow systems, with a focus on delivering timely public information and supporting large-scale enterprise websites.

Spire Communications is hiring a full-time website publisher with demonstrated Drupal and content management experience to support communications for the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF). This role manages the intake, editing, and publishing of content requests for NSF.gov and the NSF Employee Portal, serving as the operational backbone of day-to-day content publishing across NSF’s content management and workflow systems. The ideal candidate has experience working in Drupal and familiarity with enterprise content management platforms, ticketing systems, and digital publishing workflows; experience with additional platforms such as ServiceNow and SharePoint is a plus.
We will only consider senior-level candidates with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in web publishing (including at least 5 years in technology or science communications) with a demonstrated history supporting large-scale enterprise websites.
