Job summary

Meso Scale Diagnostics LLC in Rockville, MD is seeking an experienced technical liaison to support customers on biomarker measurements and serology applications. You will be the primary scientific/technical resource for MSD products, handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and ensuring high-quality resolutions.

Responsibilities include documenting case logs, generating reports, collaborating with Field Application Scientists, and contributing to cross-functional efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical/scientific/engineering discipline is required.
Minimum 3 year of experience in technical support/service position supporting products in the life science or diagnostics industry.

Responsibilities

Provide primary scientific and technical support for MSD products to customers, account managers, and internal staff.
Take customer support calls, reproduce and troubleshoot reported issues, and formulate resolutions.
Monitor and process case investigations, prepare reports, and maintain documentation of case logs.
Participate in cross-functional meetings with Field Application Scientists and other team members.
Support after-hours on-call rotation as needed.
