Bio-Techne seeks a Scientific Support Associate to deliver technical assistance on Protein Simple instruments, software, and applications with a focus on exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat; conducting video conferences; and documenting cases in Salesforce, while staying current on product knowledge through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, or equivalent; 0-2 years of related lab experience preferred.
• Knowledge of core instruments, software, and applications related to Protein Simple brand products.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to type ≥40 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Answer and document customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat.
• Meet with customers via video conference as needed.
• Provide troubleshooting for instrument and software operation and product selection.
• Document communications and resolutions in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Scientific Support, Customer Service, Field Service, Applications, and Sales teams.
